halo 5 is coming out in September because it has been listed with a fall 2015 release and all of the halo games like halo reach, that say fall (fall 2010 for example) all come out in September and halo 4 's announcement trailer said holiday 2012 and it came out in November, also i would like to see an another halo game come out in September
I think November is considered a month that falls in the Autumn season.
I feel they should postpone the game until 2016. They need to first fix MCC or completely refund everyone’s money before they release another game.
Also postponing the launch until 2016 would give them a chance to remove all the dumb stuff that makes the game play like every other game on the market right now.
I would welcome a September Launch. That way people can get over the holiday rush as a reason why things are rushed out the door (Guardians was originally intended for release in Holiday 2014, and delayed to 2015).
As for the mcc debate, people need to get off their high horse. If the next patch (in testing currently) fails to achieve a significant impact on those complaining, wasting more resources won’t change their minds (even if it fixes things tremendously, as most patches have done so far since launch, despite criticism, people will complain continuously about how long it took). People want to complain, so they will find a way to. Rarely do people e one so vocal when things work well. Either way, that is discussion for a separate forum.

Or… money could be given back… That would probably end a lot of the complaining.

343 confirmed that halo 5 was always intended to have 2015 release date and that the 2014 thing in that trailer was just a representation that a halo game will come out in 2014 hence the quote “your journey begins on xbox one in 2014”

So you want the seperate team that is working on Halo 5 to completely stop work, so the team that works on the MCC can fix the game? Logic right there.

i know and movies do that too when movie comes out in may they summer in the trailers
I’d greatly embrace a September release date. Especially if it’s 9/22, because that’s the day after my eighteenth birthday.

I would love if it did come out in september but I do think they need to fix MCC first.
Halo 5 could be finished on september, yeah, but anyway…343i released Halo MCC in November (broken but released) and I think they will want to fix some details of the game in order to dont repeat the same history of Halo MCC.
2016? I think that’s a bit impossible (I could be wrong cause I dont work on 343i), Microsoft needs their best exclusives games if they want to defeat PS4
