Hey everyone, just wanted to start out by saying that I enjoy Halo 5 multiplayer and played it quite often for a while. I have also played H2-H3-H4 on their original consoles and this opinion I want to share is one I have thought of for a while now… All I ask is that you hear me out on this.
I have been seeing tons of posts and hearing a lot of chatter about a H5 Classic playlist and it got me thinking about the possibilities and current way I feel towards H5 right now at this current moment… Here is what I wish 343i would at least read and take into consideration.
I know it is highly unlikely but if 343i adds the classic 1-50 ranking system to the classic playlist as well, I might return to H5 again, and I played H5 heavily and enjoyed it a lot. (Check my stats if you wish)
I know I’m just one player and it doesn’t matter all too much if I return to the game or not but adding that ranking system to the classic playlist would be incredible… The current H5 ranking system is great but in my humble opinion it gets old fast and makes me feel like if I’m not playing 24/7 I’m never going to progress past Onyx unless I’m an trying to become pro…Which I’m not. To top it off it resets your rank every month or two which is annoying for many players.
The 1-50 ranking system allows you to play and progress as you please while being able to play unranked social gametypes whenever. In my opinion it is a great solution to casual social games and ranked games…
Just imagine a 1-50 classic halo ranking system in the H5 classic playlist with dedicated servers… It would be incredible!
