Hi i watched a lot of videos where someone is using HACK of RAPID FIRE , this guy GT: <mark>REDACTED</mark>, specially is annoying the halo 5 community is using HACKS:
Please help me to report this to XBOX LIVE or 343 industries!!!

Well just report and block the player and move on. Two wrongs doesn’t make one right. As I have learned it’s pretty easy to earn a ban from here than it is to actually be banned from Xbox live.

If i recall its something about skipping frame rates. Someone correct me if I’m wrong

If a report and block that guy that will not stop the possibility to play against me on HALO 5

Um, yes it will, you block him and report him, his rep goes down, wait about 5 minutes, go into a game and you’ll never see him again. As for hacks, they don’t exist on the Xbox One, it’s been proven time and time again, modded controllers on the other hand are getting to be a nuiscance.
The Xbox One has yet to be modded in any way, as such no mods exist for any Xbox One games as you can’t run unsigned code. Modded controllers are different and do appear to be legitimate. As noted above, please report things like this via the XBL report system for it to be looked at
