Yesterday I had to download an update as most did. After the update I can’t load or
resume my games on campaign. I first started playing campaign after the update and after a while I died. Instead of loading last checkpoint it sent me to the Xbox one main menu. And now every time I even try to resume or load a game it just sends me to the Xbox menu. Why?! It’s getting unbelievably frustrating. Anyone else having this issue?
I’m having the exact same problem. My friend just bought the game and we were gonna play co-op campaign but it kept booting me out, saying lost connection with the servers, I go into warzone and get kicked out after 2 mins of playing, I then go into campaign because hell you can’t possibly mess that up, and for awhile it was working but then, exactly as you said, brings me back to the home screen. I bought my halo limited edition, i have spent too much damn money on a game that I can’t even play the damn CAMPAIGN!
Same boat here mate! Will not let me play campaign, just crashes straight away.
yesterday i got the same problem, after the update, yesterday i was able to finish one of the lvls in campaing doing manual checkpoints but when i finalized the chapter no achievement pop out and today i have all my progress deleted and cant connect

Latest news: updating in 3, 2, 1 … They fixed it!
can’t resume or load most recent save either. obviously something that needs to be fixed by 363 or disc goes back to store for refund.

Same issue here… Kinda ticks me off
Thanks for the update… Now i cant play solo campaign… the game starts the mission and crashes. I called Xbox Support and they said it is a known issue to them. They also said it was a 343 Industries issue. Are you working on the problem? is there a fix ?
It gave me an error about not being able to access internet content. Xbox chat told me it was an issue with my profile. And also internal game, so contact this website. Come to find out, customer support is a -Yoinking!- forum. And I also posted about this 24 hours ago. And it looks like any post I check. No one has gotten a response to this. I hope it’s because they’re working on a fix. But I hope it doesn’t linger after the fix. I’m very disappointed that I have to post my issues publicly. I’m disappointed that I’ve only played this game literally three times before it happened. I’m disappointed that no one from tech support could even copy and paste a generic “sorry for the inconvenience.” To even let us know THEY know we’re having issues.
Got the same problem. Try and play campaign and it returns me to the menu. You guys might want to fix the problem. Just saying.
Do stupid. There should never be a problem when all I want to do is finish the campaign.

Same here. Just adding to the list so they know it is affecting a lot of people if not everyone. And it would be nice to see a message from 343 to acknowledge the issue and that they are working on it.

Never once have I had these kind of issues with my PS4 great job Xbox and 343 for ruining halo for your new and dedicated fans and don’t even acknowledge the issue why even have Xbox support ?
so i just got halo right? I was listening to the dialogue at the beginning when my mom made me quit in the middle of the dialogue. Now whenever i click on the campaign, it doesnt do anything whatsoever. I dont understand it and was wondering if anyone was having the same issue.
just did some reasearch. noones ever had the same issue. apparently my xbox hates me. ive never been able to just load a game and ply it once! i always have to troubleshoot.
