Halo 5 Can't Load My Rank lol

When i first get on i get “ATTENTION: Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.”

And THEN, after winning a game it will say something a long the lines of my Halo 5 service record couldn’t be retrieved so my ONYX CSR won’t go up lol.

Any fix?

Reminds me of the Rockstar cloud server error where it wouldn’t load or save your character.

Edit: lol now my ranks won’t even load. And no matter if i win it’s still stuck at “MATCHES TO QUALIFY: 10”

I am having the exact same problem. Really is quite annoying actually.

If you check the Halo 5 Support forum, you’ll see this is unfortunately a widespread issue. At least you’re not alone on this. Along with the rank resets, there have beens loads of players, including myself, whose DLC is not appearing in game. Bought a REQ pack, they took my money, but it is nowhere to be seen in game.
