I can’t even watch the cutscenes in campaign or else my Xbox freezes. Some characters faces ( like Dr halsey) get very glitchy and even in the gameplay some peoples faces get all glitches. ( there faces start to starburst) I reinstalled the game, same problem. Traded the game in for a new one and redownloaded it, same issue. Does anyone have a solution?
Lucky you can even play. Mine just kicks me to the dashboard every time, I had the disc first now digital copy.,. Seemingly no one knows how to fix it. No one from Xbox help or 343 seems to give a -Yoink- about these issues
My audio and video desync. Audio will stop playing while the video keeps going. Game realizes that it’s out of sync so it stops the video to let the audio catch up. Audio tries to catch up, but never is able to really get going again. So the game locks up everything and I usually have to force-reset the console.
Usually I can skip the cutscene, but when I start the mission Swords of Sanghelios, it freezes right away. I think something is wrong with my Xbox…
I just got Halo 5 today. And my campaign mode glitches and bumps me out everytime. It wont let me play. I am sooooo freakin’ mad! Now i hear the whole world is having this problem. So what are we to do? I can’t get my money back.
Game has frozen on me on Swords of Sanghelios 3 times now. Audio bugged on all the comlink bits at the start of the level then it ‘catches-up’ all at one with a load of audio going off at once, but as soon as a I get to a certain point a minute or so after the level starts, it freezes and I have to hard reset my machine. Can’t continue on at all.
Am now trying a factory reset of my xbox to see if it solves it. I feel it may be a HD issues as I had to factory reset it again recently for a noisy HD.
Let me know if the factory reset works for you. I think something is wrong with my Xbox. My friends locally haven’t had any problems playing what so ever. Internet is 50 Mbps so I’m sure that’s not the issue.
I am having the exact same issue and it’s super frustrating…anyone have the resolution? I think 343 needs to submit an update this level is bugged
Well I just got a 2nd Xbox and it works. No glitching. I will try doing a factory reset on my old Xbox and then reinstall it and let you guys know if it works. But I think the problem is with the Xbox itself.
I have a problem with the cutscenes too since midnight launch but all the voices are very quite close to silent but there voice are also very muffled so even if there voices where louder I would never understand them because of how muffle it is
This is complete -Yoink-. Can’t freakin continue the campaign because of this -Yoink-. What the hell? So the solution is I have to buy a new Xbox? What a joke Microsoft
Well, I did a factory reset and reinstalled halo5, and it still glitches and freezes at the same parts. So something is wrong with the Xbox for sure. My other Xbox has no problems whatsoever. Sorry I don’t have a solution.
