Halo 5 Campaign, no in game dialogue

Decided to reinstall Halo 5 and play it again, got through the first cut scene without a problem but the moment gameplay started I’ve not been able to hear in game dialogue.

I’ve hard reset my console, I even changed the language on the entire system to prompt a language update which I still didn’t play the in game dialogue. I’ve seen this is still an issue that hasn’t got any help so where’s the proper fix on this?

Probably dumb question but in the options, is the speech volume up? I don;t remember if its adjustable or not though.

If you select any other level, still the same issue? MP affected too?
Is your Xbox Audio output set to HDMI?
