I’d pay to have the Arbiters troops have the Halo 2 Anniversary model, instead of the savage Halo 4 model that only belongs to Jul’s army.
Mmmmmmm I doubt it’ll happen. Maybe something like Spartan Ops but nothing like a full blown expansion.

If did this like Halo 3: Odst expansion instead Halo 5:( insert title here) with Thel, well known elites and their own adventures before or during Halo 5 as an expansion of the lore of Halo. Be it including flood missions, face Juls Covenant, battle the Brutes causing a rebellion with their own kind etc. could boost sales for the whole Halo 5 experience.

There has been no official statement on the ratio of blue to osiris missions…
I wouldn’t mind a “MEANWHILE, AT ARBITER” style expansion pack detailing what he’s been up to since Halo 3 which feeds into the main game, but I can’t say for sure how well an arbiter expansion could possibly integrate into Halo 5’s story at the moment.
Arbiter, Usze, and Ntho. They’d need to add a fourth elite to round out Fireteam Squidhead, which would be awesome. I’d pay for an ODST-esque offshoot game following the Arbiter and friends. A campaign of post H2 to pre H3 could easily take advantage of Halo 5’s engine and add old covenant models in, as well as have the Flood.
A sequel campaign could also feature Jul and his warriors and you could play as him/ with a squad of his elites as he fights through the covenant civil war, the sangheili civil war, and then help him spread the new covenant!
We likely won’t get an ODST 2 seeing as how our ODST is a spartan now. But we’re getting a Halo Wars 2, and we have Spartan: Assault and its sequel Strike, so a new offshoot is plausible, especially one that would be made so different from being a spartan (thereby injecting more life and diversity into the franchise).
The 4th Elite could be Rtas Vadum! Half Jaw!

Unless you have a source for that, then you have lost all credibility whatsoever. We can safely assume that you play as Chief and Blue Team in half the missions, and Locke and Fireteam Osiris in the other half.
EDIT: And by half I mean alternating between the two.

An Arbiter campaign would be really cool, but knowing -Yoink!-, it wouldn’t be released as a mere expansion/DLC for Halo 5, it would be scaled up into a full standalone game so that they can charge $60 for it.
I’d be down for an Swords of Sanghelios expansion with arbiter, rtas, ntho, and usze.

Here is the thing about bringing this into the fold… they would have people immediately screaming for it to be brought into Multiplayer. Not going to happen.
