Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the Halo 5 campaign, when i finish the level Swords of Sanghelios, the beginning cutscene of the level Alliance (battle of sunaion) begins, i can’t skip the cutscene (the game keeps loading) and everytime the Arbiter says to Locke you’re looking for another Spartan the game crashes and I can’t continue play the campaign.
My Xbox one is 3 days old and i bought Halo 5 on the microsoft store, i already tried syncing the data with the cloud, playing offline, saving a new checkpoint on the end of the level and i saw on another forum that someone had the same issue, he deleted the game and dl it again but he had the same issue.
Can somebody help me solve this problem, I thank you.
I believe someone made a post on another thread saying to choose the level from the main menu using instead of continuing the campaign. Try that.
You mentioned the other player re-installed the game. Did you try doing that yourself?
Yes i already tried using the main menu to start the level it doesn’t work but I didn’t try redownloading the game by myself, I dont really want to try the game is 100Go and i have quite a slow connection, still thanks for the advice.
I have a similar issue, I get to a part in a later level when forerunner turrets spawn, when ever they shoot or I run to a certain point, I get kicked back to my dashboard. I just but a new xbox one S, and my disc is new also. I can’t move or copy my save to my external or cloud. Idk what to do
It seems that everybody i cross who experiences this issue has a new Xbox One S, maybe it is a software issue or game engine issue. I hope that this problem will make enough noise so that 343 or microsoft might fix this.
I had to delete local save data only, and uninstall the game. I reinstalled on my external and restarted the level and it worked.
I might try deleting local save and reinstalling if it worked for you. Thanks
I didn’t want to reinstall since it takes a while but nothing else worked.
So you simply deleted local saves you didn’t delete Halo 5 ? I don’t really want to redownload Halo 5 it takes sooooooo long

By “deleting local save”, he meant he did not delete the cloud save. He still uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I’d recommend reinstalling overnight while you sleep if your connection is particularly slow.
