It’s been a while since I played H5 in a friends console. I loged with my profile and all was good. Lately I’ve purchased H5 in my own console and everything seemed fine, until Swords of Sanghelios mission where the game crashes at the first loading point.
I want to know if its something I can fix or its something that needs to be overlooked by the support team. Please help. 
Try hard resetting your console and clearing the cache. Make sure your game is updated. If none of those work, I think the only other option is to re-install the game.
Before you get to the reinstall point in your troubleshooting, try starting the mission over. There’s a mission resume glitch that can cause the game to crash.
