I have recently completed the solo campaign on heroic difficulty and did not get the achievement for completing the campaign on normal and heroic difficulty. I did get all achievements for completing individual campaign missions. I went to my service record and found out that I have completed Unconfirmed, Enemy Lines, and Genesis mission ZERO times even though I completed it on heroic difficulty. I did the Unconfirmed mission again but didn’t change anything. Is this a bug?.
