I wonder are there going to be brutes in halo 5 because i thought brutes were awesome in the games and it would be cool to have them back and have a new look to them like make them seem bigger and stronger looking.

I couldn’t help but think that OP is a 9 year old kid that treats 343 like Santa Claus by asking them to bring Brutes back.
2 things: No Brutes were showcased at all. If they were of any importance, they would’ve been shown. Lastly, the games already gold so they can’t add Brutes to the campaign.

Well technically they could come back at a later point in the series depending how far 343 is willing to take the series into. Because when you think about it the Sangheili are almost in the same situation with the Arbiter’s followers and the “Rogue”. But who knows we’ll see

There would need to be some buildup, either a novelized backstory of the shattered tribes banding together to fight back or something. As it stands, last we heard of the Brutes were that they were slaughtered and hunted to near extinction after the rebellion. The surviving tribes are back fled and reverted to their more primal state before they were bonded into the Covenant.
It would be an -Yoink- move to just be like “Hey, we’re back!”

The hammer is being brought into halo5 because its a major weapon for players to create forge gamemodes with. It’s not going to be seen outside of the forge/customs though I feel.

It was strange for it to be in there too. Especially in the Mantel’s Approach.
