Its halo 5s birthday and everyone got two greatest hit req packs but I only got one. Is there a level cap to where you only get one or did I just so happen to not be lucky enough to get two like everyone else.

Well, I’m only 3 levels higher than you and I only got one. However my friend is level 70 something and he got 2. I don’t think it’s related to levels.
