This is my first forum post so I apologise for any formatting errors, spelling mistakes, and grammar mistakes.
Now to get into the actual post.
As a Halo fan and YouTuber, I’m interested in knowing if Halo 5 beta footage from the upcomming beta, which owners of the Master Chief Collection will gain acces to, can be uploaded onto video sharing platforms such as YouTube?
I’ve looked around and can’t seem to find the answer to this question. If anyone could help a guy out that would be much appreciated as I don’t want to record and upload footage of the Halo 5 beta only to find out after the fact that it is not permitted by 343 industries to do such a thing and end up with all those videos taken down, or worse, having my whole channel taken down.
It is against Forum rules to post leaked content. If you upload that on your channel, it will likely be taken down by Microsoft, but it might stay. Hard to say.
That said, I highly doubt you have H5:G Beta footage.
Once the beta is released, yeah. Lots of folks will be doing it.

You’re right, I currently do not. I was asking about the beta that owners of the Master Chief Collection will be given access to in a couple of months or so as I said in the original post. I apologise for not being clearer on the matter.
Id say Yes. I believe it will be uploaded to youtube and I see no reason why not. They’ve said nothing as to any restrictions. Only that the beta will not be the same as the final. All that will be in the beta is subject to change in response to the communities responses to it. If you want to know what H5 will be like in the end stick to here during the beta and read what people have to say. 343 will.
