My brother is having an issue downloading the MCC in order to play the Halo 5 Beta. It continually says that his game is not completely downloaded, but it’s not showing up in que for any downloads on his Home screen. Any ideas to what is wrong?
Under My Games/Apps, scroll down to Queued, do it show anything?
No, nothing at all. We even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the MCC. It still says that the custom games section of the MCC is not finished downloading, even though the game itself is finished downloading. We do not know what else to do
