Hi
Due to some issues with my internet (which are out of my control) I am unable to initiate downloads directly from the xbox one store. I am able to initiate downloads from xbox.com, but not from the xbox one itself. Due to this I can’t actually begin the download for the halo 5 beta, I was therefore wondering if there was a way for me to be able to initiate the download from the pc, if not I was wondering if there was a way to contact 343i (besides twitter) to inquire about the issue?

You have to start the install from the Halo: The Master Chief Collection disc so that would be a no.
Open MCC, go to Extras, Halo MP Beta, it will take you to the Halo Channel & you will watch a video, then take you to download it.
If you don’t have MCC, you can’t play.
Yes, I have MCC, but if you click on h5 mp beta in MCC it takes you to a video on the halo channel, and then it takes you to the xbone store, which does not allow m to initiate downloads on my internet.
Sounds like you got parental controls on or something, better ask permission from mommy and daddy first. In the meantime, play CoD AW if you want to get a taste of Halo 5’s “abilities”.

Actually no, it isn’t parental controls. It’s restrictions applied to the university internet, by the university. Since I am living on campus, the only internet provided for me is the university network, and thus any changes to it are, like I previously said, out of my control.
