Yea its a bug that happened.
Edit and save your account and you will lose it for some reason.
Actually I can say more that when editing your account before this problem occurs. Its not there anymore.
Though you will still have it showing on your account as long as you dont save. (I didnt save hense why I still have it)
No way to get it back unless the forum team fix this. Sadly.

You changed your banner. Hense why its gone. You updated your profile. Aka as said its a bug relating to that badge only.

Actually I have an update regarding the Beta medal. If this helps.
While I still have it on my profile cause I haven’t updated my profile.
The badge isn’t in my awarded badges. While not a problem for me at the moment. This may be annoying for other users.
I also believe that to be the major cause of the problem. This would cause the badge not being select-able as its not in the awarded badges.
Aka cause the badge ditched itself from some users accounts. You would not technically “own” the badge anymore. And the moment you update your account in any way. The profile reads that you don’t have the badge and stopped it appearing on your equipped badges.
I’m speculating here but this problem likely occurred when Waypoint updated not long ago. Presumably causing a small disruption in the records for some people regarding the Halo 5 Beta making the system seem they haven’t played it hence they don’t get the medal anymore. ^^

Judging by it. You wont encounter the problem again. Your Badge is where it should be. So I say you are fixed.
So technically one fix is to manually reward everyone who lost the medal again.

They gave the badge back. Though they are still investigating the issue. I am currently experiencing the problem also. Though in a lesser way

Ya, I am happy 343 is looking into it, but the problem was not solved yet, which I understand, nothing can be fixed in a day, they gave the badge back for now.

Yep. I would like to confirm that it has been fixed.
I have just checked with numerous accounts(other people) I knew that had this issue and they are fixed.

I have checked my badges and don’t have mine anymore.
The only badge under ‘All Badges’ is the “Feet First” one. My Halo 5 Beta and Photographer badges read as nonexistent when I know for a fact that’s not true… since, ya’ know, I have 'em displayed and all…
