Hey everyone!
In the Halo 5 Beta, there is special armor for your Spartan that you can unlock that will transfer over to Halo 5: Guardians. You can unlock these by playing Halo 5 Beta or also by completing specific requirements in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. I compiled a little guide that will help people unlock this stuff easier. Enjoy!
HALO MASTER CHIEF COLLECTION TASKS
~ [Mark-VI] Get the “Your Journey Begins” achievement (complete any mission or multiplayer game)
~ [Mark-VI Scarred] Get the “Cairo Station” achievement (complete the Halo 2 mission Cairo Station)
~ [Nightfall] Watch the Halo: Nightfall series (the helmet unlocks after Episode 1, the rest unlocks after watch all 5 episodes)
~ [Helioskrill] Get the “Legend” achievement (complete all four campaigns on Legendary…yikes!)

~ [Recruit] Unlocked by default
~ [Air Assault] Reach SR2 (helmet) and SR3 (armor)
~ [Recon] Reach SR4 (helmet) and SR5 (armor)

I don’t know if it’s too late for this, but here’s a guide that will let you skip 95% of all fighting in AoCR. It’s a little tricky at first but after little practice you should get the hang of what to do and be able to pull it off with ease. I’ve already done my run-through on Heroic, how much harder can legendary be?

P.S. I’m actually on the last like 3-5% of the mission, I’m more worried about the next mission, Library, and Keyes.

Good luck guys! Legendary is much easier co-op, except for Halo 2, where both players return to checkpoint if one player dies. I’m hoping the unlockables will be available to unlock post-beta if we don’t unlock them by the 18th. Only time will tell…

Well that’s 11 days to buckle down and kick -Yoink-!
I think the worst of it might be Halo: CE though. At least Halo 2A still has some instant-kill points on the flood when using precision weapons like in H3. H2 Brutes also aren’t that hard to kill if you can keep your aim straight, knock off their helmets and aim for the head.

Personally I think CE may be the easiest. The Flood are a joke with a shotgun, and the Covenant isn’t too tough.

You tell that to the Jackals that fire like machine guns and hit like plasma rifles with the accuracy of sniper rifles. shudders

Yeah. I’m at rank 39 right now and I won’t hit rank 40 before 447k xp. The xp required to lvl up stacks ridiculously.

There needs to be more armor in halo 5 not only all the old armors but as a request if its not already gonna happen bring hyabusa armor back and make it look beast!! Or add a new one similar to it. Halioskril is beast especially the first person view it makes u feel like ur a monster just rippin thru everyone

Also the speed run achievement for that level implies that “bypass”.
