Halo 5 "best for it's time"

I hear people say that halo 5 is the best of its time, as with the other popular halo games like 3. I’ll say that Halo 5 could be much better for it’s time in 2015. The graphics for multiplayer maps look like something from halo 2, and the fps in campaign is garbage. Plus, if it’s so great for it’s time, why is there no split-screen? It’s not like adding split-screen would’ve harmed the fps anymore than it already is, honestly Halo 5 is on a next gen console, and you can’t compensate for split-screen? I’m sorry 343, but you could do better.

Are you sure about that? After all they released TMCC and made Halo 4… And the split screen, why did they have to take out split screen!?

Well if they can’t do better we might aswell get a new dev team or finally put Halo to rest because right now it’s just hurting its reputation.

I enjoy the gameplay and some of the mechanics of H5. Other mechanics I hate, such as climbing ledges and jumping through openings. It just seems to be lacking a fluidity. But BY FAR, the most disappointing thing about H5 is the aesthetics. Spartan graphics are just okay and IMO the multiplayer maps are horrendous to look at. Dull, monotonous, and just plain flat.
