Teaming up with good teammates usually solves that problem. Hoping and praying the system gives you good randoms is suffering.
I looked at your last twenty games and your wins and losses are around the same and there are several games that are close in score so it’s not like you’re going on huge losing streaks. It’s social so you’re always going to get some games with bad people.

You should know to NEVER! search on focused.
