My son has been LOVING Halo5 and his new Xbox one since we got it! Last night while playing, his console told him he was banned from playing infection, convenant slayer, team skirmish, grifball, big team battle, super fiesta, action sack, and team arena, doubles, swat, breakout, free for all, and proving grounds. ?!?!?!?!!?!? What in the world? I looked on google and we found out that if you ‘go suicide’ or fight with your own team mates you can get banned??? Is that true? What happens if you fall off of cliffs a lot? Or what happens if someone in your team is messing with you and you mess back with them? How does this happen? This seems a little ridiculous. How long is this ban going to last. We paid a lot of money to not have him able to play. Please help us out. I have never had to deal with a game being policed before. My husband and I have also hopped on and ‘attempted’ to play it here and there and have no idea how to do it. I’m sure I’ve been guilty of just hitting buttons trying to figure out what I’m doing and have definitely killed myself doing so, and others. We just want to know the solid rules so we can try to avoid this annoyance in the future. None of this was told to us before we played. He’s a good kid, and wants to follow the rules.
Also, how do we fix his gamertag on here? It doesn’t match what his game console has.
