I understand the point of the ban hammer, but it can be extremely unfair. My internet is not that good, so sometimes I lag out. It’s dumb that I get removed from the game and demoted BEFORE the preparation for deployment is complete. The match didn’t even start yet. I also went to check out some custom game maps I have, and I lagged out again. When I got back to the home screen it said “THE BANHAMMER STRIKES… You have been banned for 1.33” . It’s kinda bs 343, please resolve it.
If you’re lagging out then you are ruining the experience for your teammates, its better to get your internet checked out before you play again. And if your wireless, then thats the problem. Use a wired connection
5 of last 10 games DNF. Though to be fair 3 of the 5 were zero’s across the board so probably booted before game as you said. I dunno man. Really I don’t see this as the Ban Hammer’s fault more as the fan base that has made Quitting such an epidemic that a strong Ban Hammer had to be created. That sucks and hate that you got hit with it when in this case it looks like you honestly didn’t mean to do it. But this is what we need. I hope that they find a way for the hammer to distinguish between someone lagging due to bad connection vs someone rage quitting. Until then, may want to look into your internets bro.
