I can’t get pass the start screen keep getting attention error that I’m unable to play the online modes but it sends me back to the profile pic at the start

Try clear your console’s cache. You can do this by doing a hard reset (hold the power button in until the console completely turns off).

Can you confirm that you have an active Gold membership?

Can you view your REQs?
