Ever since 343 added the search preferences, a lot of Aussies and Kiwis have said in the community that our server to play Halo 5 multiplayer is S**t. There is always delay with our shots and this search preference has been out for over a year but in my opinion, 343 should remove it. Or they should have an online player count about how many people are playing each playlist so people will know which preference to select. We find it very annoying that we search for games on Balanced and can hardly find any. We always have to search expanded and get wreck from other people overseas just because we have a half second to second delay impact.
Plz 343 address this. You still have Aussies and Kiwis that love the game but don’t play it often because of this issue that we are facing.
If anyone comments to say “well you should join some Europeans and Americans so this should work with balanced.” The truth is that most Australasian players need their sleep when Americans or Europeans play because of time zones. Im one who goes to sleep when those regions come online because i cant be stuffed to wait until 1am AEST when its about 10 overseas.
Note: some Aussies have got NBN which gives us speeds up to 30mb/s including me.
