They start dropping teasers now, people are going to think they have abandoned Halo 4, more so then now. There is still plenty of work this game needs, hinting at more resources going into a new game at this point would be unwise.
I do think we are going to get a trailer. I am still hoping for a Halo 2 Anniversary.
Defintiely not. Main Halo games have typically been announced a year and a half before their release at E3, like at E3 2006 for Halo 3, or E3 2011 for Halo 2. Halo 5 is gonna be coming out in 2015, if they’re sticking to the traditional 3-year development cycle, so I wouldn’t expect an announcement until next year.

halo ce was released november 6 and halo 2 announced 2002 e3. so halo 5 is possiblity especially since they said they started work on it before halo 4 was finished

That it was, you’re right, it was announced in September 2002. However, Halo 3, Halo Reach and Halo 4 were all announced at E3 of the year before their release. It’s safe to assume that Halo 5 will follow a similar pattern.
Then again, I could be wrong. I guess time will tell what will happen, eh?
There’s no freakin’ way that they’ll announce Halo 5, they’re still working on patching Halo 4, which is still in its infancy! One online retailer did accidentally leak that an “Upcoming Halo” is being released this year, so maybe it’ll be Halo 2 Anniversary (though it’s a year early) or Halo Wars 2?

i hope there is a small chance tbh, they need to spend time on the game to adapt it to the new generation consoles and even more importantly, to make sure its as good as possible, they need to be quicker with halo 4 updates so they kno what works and wat doesnt, a trailer may be nice however and wudnt be surprisin

I’m pretty sure they have people working on it, whilst having people working on Halo 4, I’d assume the narrative team is at least brainstorming

They should release Halo 2 anniversary, and with it have a Halo 5 MP beta like ODST and Reach. but the beta should be in a year or whatever and hyou have to hold onto the code to get the beta and some exclusive armor or something
Anyone gonna look at Halo Bootcamp? I know I am.
Besides, the retailer that leaked a release for this year… said that it was xbox, not pc. Perhaps we’ll have two Halo games at e3 again, like in 2011.
Bootcamp could be be anything yet, don’t get your hopes up.
