I believe 343i won’t be at E3 because I never saw there name on the list… But that could mean they are incognito. They also could just be having a teaser trailer shown for Halo 5 by Microsoft instead of 343 actually being there, because why go somewhere if your just gonna show a teaser trailer? XD So what are your guys thoughts?
What I think will happen… Nothing, I don’t think Halo 5 is far enough into development that 343 can show something. Not even Story, which you would see a tiny bit in a teaser.
What I hope will happen is at one point during the Microsoft briefing I will hear the Halo 2 Monk theme and see Halo 2 Anniversary appear in the screen. But if that’s ever happening 2013 is too soon

See this is where I would disagree with you… 343i has actually been working on Halo 5 for a while, they also stated last year that if they would make a H2 Anniversary it would be on Next Gen… But recently I believe they stated that H2 Anniversary will not be put in production. Yes and I know I was excited for H2 Anniversary also.

Well If Halo 5 is indeed far enough then lets hope for a teaser

I don’t think my nostalgia could handle that. I’d probably go ape for a few minutes before settling down, and even then I’d be pretty giddy.
I also don’t think it’d be too soon to announce that it was in the works. Or at least just to confirm that it was indeed planned for the future. That way fans have something to look forward to, even if it won’t come out for another year or so.
OT: I somehow doubt a Halo 5 reveal. It’s far to early to even begin thinking about Halo 5.

Yeah, H2:A isn’t happening. Though 343i has said they will be at E3 at least promoting Spartan Ops. If they have any announcements at E3, it’ll be Halo 5. They’ve already dropped a reference too Halo 5 recently in last week’s bulletin, and there are some “leaks” going around too, so we’ll see in an hour.
If there’s any announcement on something Halo related that hasn’t already been announced/revealed (SA) then it’ll be Halo 5 related. People need to stop getting their hopes up for a H2A. 343 already confirmed that there’s no such thing happening right now. And it wouldn’t make much sense either seeing as the anniversary for Halo 2 isn’t until 2014. If it is something Halo 5 related then it’ll likely be a very small teaser. Something like the Halo 4 teaser we got at E3 2011.

hope not, but it wouldn’t be the end of the world, it would be worse if 343 announced Halo 2 anniversary, I don’t want a remake of a game I dislike, I’d rather have 343 move onto something new
I hope not… I want them to wait at least until next year’s E3 to announce something as big as Halo 5. Better for them to take their time and do it properly rather than rush through it to release super early, right?

What they announced is Halo being on Xbox One, starting in 2014, most likely starting with Halo 2 Anniversary
