not really, it has got the slowest ttk of all the load out weapons.

Yes skill is required to use the Assault Rifle just like every other weapon in Halo 5.
I disagree. The assault rifle takes some skill to use, especially at range.
Not much skill, because they’re harder to dodge in closer ranges than other weapons.
How are you getting outgunned by an AR at anything but close range?
