I remember hearing something about keeping the armour you unlocked in the beta but I’m not sure if this is still true.
No, but you do get certain things unlocked if you played the Beta.
Thanks. Do you have a source for this?

I tried to find the post about it only being certain unlockables on Josh’s twitter, but didn’t find anything. You may be right, but I’m almost positive I read it would only be certain things.

> Progress Carries Over While not everything you do in the Halo 5 Beta will carry over to the final game, there’s a decent amount that will. All of the helmets, armor and various customizations you perform in the beta will carry over to the retail release. You’re not just playing the game to have fun or help test it for 343 Industries, you’re actually making progress that won’t go to waste. Couple this with the various items you can unlock via the MCC and you’ll get quite a head start on the competition. -This is from 8 months ago

Thanks. See you in the Arena.
I believe you get an exclusive emblem from playing in the beta as well. I recall something being flagged with “beta” when he was scrolling through the list of emblems in the video.
Looks like there are several similar emblems. This one was labeled beta recruit, so perhaps there are different tiers depending on how far you progressed in the beta.

Cool. Can’t wait to unlock all of the emblems and armour sets.
