Halo 5: Armors That Should Return

So I saw the reveal of the plans for the 2017 update for Halo 5 and that got me thinking if they are going too start bringing back more classic armors than why not bring us one of the most loved armor sets back. The Armor set that I am talking about is the Hayabusa armor set from Halo 3, The set was not only cool but it also was a great accomplishment when it was rewarded too the player (Not too mention the Katana on the spartan’s back was really sick looking.). I would really love this armor set make it’s way back into the Halo series if not for this next upcoming update than maybe for any other future updates the game has too offer. Also this may not be exactly armor but I would really like too see a return of the armor effects from Halo 3 and Halo Reach. They were something different for the series and come on now who did not love walking around the game with either a flaming helmet or a storm current surrounding their armor set.

I’d like to see it return but it is unlikely that it will, sadly.

Quote from stckrboy ( from another thread):

“Sounds good in theory, but they may not be able to just take the armor and put it in Halo 5. Probably going to be some licensing stuff with Team Ninja over the assets. If they can work that out then yeah, i’m sure quite a few folk would be happy to see Hayabuse return to Halo. Especially with katanassassinations™ (needs to be some sort of achievement revolving around this)”.

Only after it was announced they were bringing back CQB and Recon did everyone complain about no Hayabusa. They gave you what you want, stop begging for more!

As stated before 343 has no rights to Hayabuse so if they wanted to implement it then they would need to contact Team Ninja to let them put it in the game. This would most likely cost 343 more money than they would want to pay to add in one armor set.

I would say CQB, but since we’re getting that, I have nothing.
