Halo 5 Arena Req packs STILL hasn't shown up

I called xbox support and we tried many things and she verified that I am owed it. She told me to comment on halo waypoint about it.

I haven’t recieved them this week. I know I haven’t recieved all 14 I’ve only recieved about 6 or so.

343 please respond to this. I’ve noticed a trend on the support forums that you only respond to those who are wrong and don’t have an issue but ignore those who do.

$25 is a lot and I would appreciate receiving my full product. Thank you

You have an active topic here for this issue OP, as I mentioned last time please don’t create multiple topics. It won’t help fix things faster, it just adds confusion with multiple people spreading answers over topics.
