Halo 5 - Arena Req Bundle Not Working Properly

hi, i got my arena req bundle not that long ago and so far i have opened a total of 10/14 packs, but now i have suddenly stopped getting them. Please Help as if this glitch breaks the req bundle i would have wasted almost 1/3 of my total packs, like $7 worth of good armor and stuff.

any help would be appreciated, thanks, br3ak gear

yes i do i bought it on the 18th of december

I have never bought the packs, but I believe that you should get 2 each Monday. Since you bought on a Sunday you would have got two that day and two the next. I’m not sure why you stopped getting them. You should try to contact Microsoft support.

thanks for the advice i did contact them and they fixed it, i am now getting my last packs in a couple days
