1.Logged on to Halo 5 yesterday and found that all my stats in game have reset despite I still can see it on this web…but in the game I’m doing AGAIN the first 10 matches for classification. How could it be possible?

  1. I have always problems when arrives the moment to personalise my spartan, colors don’t change, random color appearence on screen pre match, darkened colors, and…sometimes, can’t even see my spartan.

343 please Help!

They just released a new update and with that update came season one of arena, the stats you had before were from pre-season. If you complete at least 1 playlists 10 matches you get a special REQ when the season ends (Jan 31st this season). You can still see your past placements on Waypoint.

  1. Seasons. it has reset for everyone.
  2. hard reset the console. usually fixes this sort of thing.

No problem :slight_smile: I recommend keeping tabs on either this site or the pop up news in H5 for when the seasons will change so you don’t get caught off guard
