Seriously, party chat breaks the point of Arena. I’m tired of playing “competitive” halo if every -Yoinking!- person is in Party chat. Do they not realize they can switch to -Yoinking!- game chat in the scoreboard?? Communication is key people.
Being in game chat doesn’t guarantee communication, not when people are more interested in showing their vocabulary consists of racial, homophobic and sexist abuse and nothing more. Sadly, this is has been the experience of many hence why they stick to party chat.
My mic isn’t plugged in for a reason. I yell, and cuss, and scream, but I don’t communicate. That’s some people’s way of doing things. Not everybody plays Arena the same, don’t expect them to.
i have yet to see a person in the arena chat providing anything but insults, cursing “WTF DID JUST HAPPEN” and “oh yeah, sure. cheater”.
