I opened this back on the first day when it came to us for free, and I did not get my free set of armor I was promised.

Do I have it yet? Nope.
Do my friends? Yeah. They do.
Why is this?

It didn’t promise armor. It promised customization items.

The Anniversary pack was only redeemable between 11/15/2016 and 11/22/2016 (as stated in the community update). According to your game history, you did not play any Halo 5 between 10/16/2016 and 12/29/2016; it looks like you missed the time period for redeeming that pack.
