Bought the REQ pack and downloaded it no problem but when I went to go open my packs none were there. I also called Microsoft and went through all the motions with them to try to fix this issue and they referred me to here. Help.
Widespread issue. Check the support forums. Happened to me as well. All we can do is wait for word from 343.
Yup, yesterday the REQ system gave me error’s also, will be fixed soon i think.
