Halo 4's "Untracked build. Won't upload." error...

The Dec 7 update got rid of that error message it seems. However, instead of showing that error the game will simply crash once it finished loading the campaign mission.
That makes playing the Halo 4 LASO playlist frustrating since the game won’t load the next mission for me meaning I would have to restart the playlist from the beginning.

I got the untracked build error on infinity LASO playlist, so I restarted the playlist yesterday and got to infinity again. Now this is happening, every time I try to resume my playlist, it loads the level then crashes. So I beat the first three level of halo 4 on LASO twice for no reason! Now I’m going to have to restart again?!! 343 fix this! Multiplayer barely works and I can’t even play the campaign now.

I found out that there is a workaround so that you don’t have to restart the playlist from the beginning. Simply choose a different playlist and start it. End it and go back to the LASO playlist and it will allow you to start at the beginning of the mission you were last playing. In your case Infinity.

I believe the missions all have some corrupt checkpoints that cause the game to break when trying to resume. I eventually completed H4 LASO but only because the game was so generous to not crash on me after doing the Save&Quit trick (to prevent starting from the beginning) in the missions after Infinity. Well, actually the game did crash on me at one of the checkpoints at the end of Midnight… I died, did the save&quit trick, resumed and the game failed loading the mission.
