So, I know everyone already addressed this, but I am about to put in my two cents. I may not have spent 100$ on this game, but I did spend 60. It may just be a video game, but i spent MY MONEY on something I wanted to enjoy. Everything about this game I loved (minus the lack of a ranking system) and I haven’t said that since COD MW2 prior to its hacks. This game actually surprised me when I had doubts, expecting just another game like Halo Reach which in my opinion was no where close to what Halo 1-3 were. Good game, just not as competetive. But even without the ranking system, this game just has a uniqueness that just is all around fun for me, which is hard to find anymore. Everything cannot be perfect though can it? I managed to beat the Campaign with a buddy on legendary, and previously before that got to SR-24 online. Naturally, after getting the armor from Campaign, I wanted to play online, and work towards that SR-50 goal. 343’s servers had other ideas. I now have not been allowed to connect to the servers for two hours now. Others have been waiting for days, and thousands of others are dealing with MY SAME ISSUE. How is it, that a game like this has server issues like it does, after a span of 19 days?? let alone that 343 does not even have the common decency to keep a constant update to the players about how they are addressing the issue that is causing many angry customers? I have never seen such a disgraceful showing of respect to customers by any company I have delt with. And yes, I am holding back many foul words in this post, in hopes that someone from 343 reads this and it clicks, that they are messing up. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. If some sort of action isnt taken very soon I, like many others I am sure, will be returning this game.
I havent had any of these connection issues like this recently though I know that there is a form of lag in alot of my games. Im sure 343 will get right on it and fix up those servers.
If you remember the last transaction back in march it was real bad.
Agreed and my connection is back online. But, I had no problems untill yesterday, and it wasn’t my internet. I then checked online to see if I could solve the issue and saw many other gamers with the same problem with no solution or feedback. The least they could do is keep us updated.
Im having them issues, its been a day for me… no answer, no announcement, just garbage…
