I wanted to talk about something no one posted because no one would read it but here I am typing about it.
It’s simple do you want the Halo reach controls to be in Halo 4 or would you like a Halo 3 controller layout? Or do you want a hybrid of both?
why do we need all these butten combinations to put down you weapon?
I also think putting down your weapon should be made simple such as pressing down on the d-pad when you have no grenades. 343 please make it so you can put down your weapon online I don’t see the problem if someone wanted to do that in a slayer game, well hey that’s there choice, And when you have no gun please don’t make the arms look funny like in reach and Halo 3.
Also one last thing watch the casing for Halo 4 343 I bought the Halo reach Legendary edition my disc cracked in several locations when I put it in the case for like the hundredth time, had to buy a new one that wasn’t fun to pay $60 for a new one. Halo 3 ODST’s casing was perfect any good game I have I put it in the Halo 3 ODST casing because it doesn’t make the cracking noise of the plastic snapping in place against the disc and it still holds!
I’m those kind of people who like taking game’s out of the casing when I want to play I don’t know why it’s just a habit if I put it in that little plastic casing it’s to weird.
I vote for a new hybrid control agree? Disagree? Why?
i would like to see the ability to create your own controls. have the default set, and then a custom one. if you want A to be your melee button, then i dont see why you shouldn.t even thought its odd
The put down gun controls were such so that you wouldn’t accidently put a gun down during a game. I don’t mind if the controls are complicated but I would like to ask that 343 please allow people to do this in online custom games. I’m working with a machinima group in Canada and I’m in America so it isn’t as if I could just walk across the street for a quick recording session. Some people work on Machinima that don’t actually have access to each other in person.
Are you asking for a change of control schemes? You do know that you can change that right? You can have Halo 3 controls in Reach. So obviously 343 won’t get rid of them…
As for lowering your weapon, we’ve been asking forever but they still haven’t (they fear it will cause exploits), but I don’t see why “allow weapon lowering” isn’t a custom game option.
And then you said something about ODST, which didn’t make sense…
So do any of you guys know how to put your weapon down, I know its possible because I saw Red vs. Blue do in the last episode of season 10. So if you any of you find out, could you please leave it here, thank you.
Lies, bro. I tried that thing multiple times and nothing. And yes, it is on default. Why don’t you make a vid of putting your gun down cause right now there aren’t any videos showing how to do it.
