Halo 4's best feature?

What is Halo 4’s best feature?

Halo 3= Best overall multiplayer
Halo Reach= Best forge and custom options
Halo 4= Best graphics

I would say graphics, limited to the campiagn. MP seems to have a hard time with frame rates, especially split screen, the game flow felt a little clunky due to that.

CE = Campaign.

Halo 2 = Everything!

Halo 3 = Multiplayer.

ODST = Both Campaign and Firefight.

Halo Wars = Campaign. Cutscenes.

Reach = Forge.

Halo 4 = Campaign. Graphics. Spartan Ops. Flood Mode. Multiplayer.

Halo 3 is my second favorite Halo game with the current Halo 4 version being third. However, I really believe Halo 4, after the TU’s and all, will be as good as Halo 3, if not better IMO.

Extraction. Probably the most popular non-TS non-CTF gametype in the franchise among competitive players. King is fairly popular, Odball is mildly popular, and Plots has some fringe support, but Extraction is just so good and competitive players enjoy the heck out of it from what I’ve seen.

I think you’re near spot on apart from Halo 4’s mostly plastic looking and plastic sounding armour in the Graphic area.

Say what you will about Halo 4, but I think the underlying mechanics and gun play are fantastic. I know there are many in the community up in arms about Armor Abilities, Infinity settings, etc. but from the campaign to War Games I just honestly enjoy the “meat and potatoes” of running and gunning. Yes we all have are issues with the game, but at its very core I think Halo 4 retains a lot of what I love about this series.

Quick edit - Scottus4 has the right of it; Extraction is hella fun with two closely matched teams. Love it.

Graphics by far.

Halo CE- Gameplay. It was the first of its kind and kept me glued to my sdtv for hours.

Halo 2- Well, everything. Campaign was incredibly decent except the ending, the multiplayer was literally the best thing out there, custom game trick jumping etc

Halo 3- custom games. All the features included in Halo 3 are awesome but custom games is what Halo 3 will be remembered for.

Halo 3: ODST- campaign was awesome and so was firefight

Halo: Reach- forge mode. One of the best experiences ever. Made multiplayer awesome because the maps felt unlimited. Everything purpose built.

Halo 4: graphics, and the campaign did such an amazing job of showing humanity in master chief.

I’ll be completely honest.

I -Yoinking!- love halo 4 to death. The whole experience is amazing, I honestly give halo 4 an 11/10. What would make it EVEN better for me would be 3 things.
1)some sort of clan support
2)nerf on the DMR
3)in game visible competitive ranking system

I love every single thing from the campaign, to the soundtrack, to the multiplayer experience.

Every halo campaign is freaking awesome in my opinion, but halo 4’s stands out the most so far.

Hard to say. A lot of things are pretty level but graphics is the dominant one for me.

Not really a feature, but Chief and Cortana’s relationship truly stands out. But that said, I find the rest of the Campaign lacking with a bad main antagonist (Ur-Didact) who is outshined by the antagonist in Spartan Ops (Jul 'Mdama) and a plot that was not really well thought out or explained.

Honestly I feel that Halo: Reach had the better graphics compared to 4 mp wise. Reach may not have had the best lighting though but I like how it looked compared to 4. Realistic blood, very detailed armor, better skyboxes. But that’s just me. Campaign graphics are amazing though.

I agree. John and Cortana’s relationship is fantastic. Hope we get to see more of Jul 'Mdama in the future.

CE: Story and multiplayer (gameplay)

H2: Everything except for graphical pop ins

H3: Some parts of the campaign, multiplayer gameplay

ODST: Story, Music, Firefight (basically the whole package)

Wars: Cutscenes, controls, novel-like story

Reach: Character custimization, Forge

H4: Graphics, Character custimization, Faster gameplay, Story

I say the animations, sound, hits can weapons, and production quality if the game.

The stand out feature is probably spartan op though, including the amazing cutscenes.

ODST had the best music IMO
