Do you guys think that 343 will do something nice for Halo 4’s 1 Year Anniversary. I mean they easily could, I expect something to be done for November 6th this year. It wouldn’t surprise me if they announced Spartan Ops Season 2 or a DLC Like Champions for the Anniversary. If you guys would like anything as well on Halo 4’s 1 Year Anniversary what would you like, maybe 343 could take this into mind, Surprise us with stuff we have wanted from the start. You guys opinions would be appreciated.

OT: I think it would be nice if 343i announced a new map pack coming for Halo 4 to celebrate its 1 year anniversary, or maybe they could release new ranks for Halo 4.
I’ve been stuck on rank-130 since January.

I wouldn’t doubt it. Though it will probably be along the lines of increased amounts of earning XP per match. I really don’t see 343 doing much else other then a pat on the back.
I would be very surprised if they announced SpOps Season 2. I would be wondering where it was six months ago when people were begging for it. I doubt there will by anymore DLC either because they’re releasing the GotY Edition, and people who buy that will be annoyed that they don’t get the new DLC. (Because there’s no way they would make it free) I don’t think they’ll do anything at all.

I think some kind of funeral/memorial service would be appropriate.
They should either do something, like a map pack or something of that sorts, or make the Crimson Map pack free for that day only.
I hope they finally fix the game set up server so that it picks the person with the best connection as host - instead of using “Host History”.
The can shove all the free stuff and cheap DLC out the door - but if I’m lagged by 0.5+ seconds 70% of the time, then the game is zero fun.
Played 15 games of BTB in Halo Reach last night and had only 1 game that has H4’s typical craptacular 0.5+ seconds of lag with players strobing all over the map. The other 14 games were smooth as glass and a total blast to actually hit what I aim for.

Really. Halo 4 was the first Halo that does not made me pay for my membership. It was the first Halo that nearly everyone on my friend list abandoned. But I’m thankful to Halo 4 because it’s showed how goods old games are.
OFF TOPIC:
How old games had everything. I mean, they were feel complete, they were feel well placed. Nostalgia is a huge factor but, I could not feel nostalgia for something that I did not liked.

I’m feeling a bit like Max Payne. I shouldn’t love Mona but I do, because I feel something about her. It is like an affair, a guilty pleasure no matter how huge Halo fan I am, I do not play them nowadays. I bought my Xbox 360 to play Halo. I spent countless time with it, but it do not feel the same. Maybe not just because Halo 4 but that “new” Halo in general. I think, I now understand why people says, Halo 4 is not feeling like a Halo.

I probably sounds a bit weirdo, over-dramatized here but I’m currently in a huge impact from a hard story. It is funny, how Halo 4 needed for me to discover the beauty of old games, how Halo 4 sent me back there, and it is amazing. For my pre-Halo days.
I’m waiting, till I can say the followings:

… and what I’m tried to say here? With those after hurricane words? Halo needs to go back to it’s roots. I can bring Max Payne here again. The first two games, are absolutely amazing. I only can recommend them, nothing speaks against them. Incredible story for a game, good characters, good design, good atmosphere. Everything is on top. Well rounded, complete games. And now take a look at the 3rd game. It is not bad, but it’s feel incomplete, it is not have the atmosphere, hell it is not Max Payne. Just like with Halo 4. It is good, it is have good moments but in general it does not feel like Halo. Without the title and Master Chief (and Cortana), it could be anything else. Just like Max Payne 3. Without the title, and Max, it could be anything. 343 do not take an apple too far from it’s tree. Do not force us to find another tree. Just like Remedy took out Mona at the end of Max Payne 2, 343 (certainly) took out Cortana. Just take a look at MP3, it is barely resembles it’s predecessor. Don’t let this happened with Halo. I’m not asking for bringing back Cortana, I’m asking for don’t take Halo too long from itself. If your place is in New Jersey, your bonds keeps you there then do not move to São Paulo.
