So I just finally found my halo 4 and of course I’m dying to play it but here’s the thing,right when it’s connecting me to a server it says connection lost to Xbox live,even tho it’s connected through our router so that shouldn’t be a problem…I read up on some forms and it said to delete your account which I did and it still doesn’t work
Actually had the same thing happen to me today. And it has nothing to do with the consol, it’s the game itself. I’m almost considering erasing everything and starting from scratch. But this is 343 Industries problem now. They need to stop ignoring us and actually help us.
Same crap is happening to me too. Not sure what it is either. Decided to start playing myself today since it’s been a long time since I’ve played it last. I actually got to play 1 match today in Team Slayer. But after that it did the same crap with the “You appear to have lost your connection to Xbox LIVE. You must be connected to Xbox LIVE to play.” message. NAT was open at the time as well. Now it’s “UNKNOWN” as the NAT rating. Doubt it’s my hardware anymore.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon, it’s happening to everyone.

I have the same problem and this has been happening for several days. This is happening on both Xbox 360 and the Xbox one, therefore not a console issue.
I am still clearly connected to Xbox Live but Halo tells me that I appear to have lost my connection.
I spent two hours on Xbox support and followed all of their instructions: Delete profile, delete cache, power-cycle the Xbox etc., with no luck.
Please help us to fix this issue!
Having the same issues “You appear to have lost your connection to Xbox Live” after logging in and starting to play. Chatted with tech reps for hours and they don’t have a clue. Someone Please help all of us Halo 4 players get this fixed.
I havent been able ro connect in 3 days. I did all of the online suggestions but zero worked. Im connected to xbox live, but halo says we beg to differ. Im assuming its everyone now not just me

problem with nat
same thing here! I have an newer xbox 360, and XBOX ONE and as soon as i choose multiplayer it looses connection! Doen’t matter what game!
