Halo 4 won't load level 7 (shutdown)

I beat level six on Halo 4 and went to move on but level 7 (shutdown) won’t load says I’m missing downloadable content and I try contacting Microsoft and they tried everything they could and the told me to go to www.halowaypoint.com and creat new topic please help

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Are you playing it directly on 360, or on X1 via backwards compatibility?

I’m playing on Xbox 360
And I’m still having the issue

What steps have you tried in game?
Resume, missions select?

Have you tried installing the game to your 360? (Not required to play on 360, if I remember correctly, but it might help).

Also, try copying the save data from your local to the cloud save.
Then try going in on local and see if you can do mission select.

After all else, try removing your profile from your 360, and then recovering it.

Are you able to take a video with your phone while you try to load the mission?
