Halo 4 won one of the most important awards in the VGA’s : Xbox 360 game of the year. It blew past numerous other great games not to mention COD BLack ops 2. I’m happy about that but cringed when I found out that borderlands 2 won best shooter of the year. I truly believe that halo 4 should’ve won that as well. Your thoughts/backlash ?
As much as I want to see Halo 4 win everyting, giving best driving game to Need for speed over Forza Horizon proves the whole thing is a joke
I’m not surprised about halo 4 winning numerous awards, it’s an excellent game! I love it so much, honestly every day after work and college, i’ll play it for a good couple hours. Even my girlfriend plays it alot lol. Best halo yet in my opinion, and i’ve been playing since the first.

lol im just surprised that Borderlands 2 took best shooter and best multiplayer of the year. I mean, it IS a campaign game, not a multiplayer game in the sense of categories. even if you count the 4 player coop, its all about PvE not PvP. ah well, dont wanna knock it, borderlands is a good game anyway

I’ve played since the first as well, and place H4 above reach, but below the others.
I liked clan matches in H2, but overall multi-player in 3 was the best.
Halo 1 will always be amazing.
Yeah I´m glad Halo 4 won something…as I saw that THe Walking Dead won best game award…I was loosing interest in this. Some of the jury decisions were defiantly faked…Halo deserved more and Mass Effect 3 too.

Best Shooter kinda makes sense since it’s shooting 24/7 with a billion shooting guns.

But Forza lost to Need For Speed!? Somebody must’ve either counted wrong, or announced wrong.
As long as Spartan Ops remains unchanged, Halo 4 cannot be best MP.

Halo 4 isn’t trying to replace halo CE , it’s trying to build upon it and evolve the series. And it did.
bl2 multiplayer goty? it has no multiplayer. best shooter should be cod. its on all consoles and has guns only no vehicles really like halo or bl.

Along with adding Wii Sports as a nominee of the Game of the Decade instead of Halo CE/2/3.
so are pc games not considered video games anymore, its like they ignore league of legends and starcraft exist, even though they are the top two most played games haha. they didnt even nominate Minecraft for best xbox360 game even though it is like #3? on the xbox360 top game played right now
