In the latest Halo 4 bulletin an interviewer asked why has clans ben taking out of
Halo since halo 2.
and they respond by saying that they have missed the clan system and that
they are adding things to make halo 4 more social.
This tells us they have a clan support for us.
Thats what they meant by "Organize and Track groups: in Halo 4. If you don’t believe

From what I understood is that its not going to be available at release but it may be in an update in the near future.

That said, the bulletin that contained the interviews answered a few of my questions, regarding clan support and theater mode. I am excited about the new ay they will be rolling out title updates, adding more functionality sometimes. I think all games should start focusing on a model like that.
