Halo 4 why!
Hey First of let me say that I am a die hard halo fan how ever these last two titles are not what i call halo. Fist i want to say what halo is to me. Halo was the most competitive game at its peak of play. Personaly Halo 3 was my favorite because that is when everything clicked for me in video games and i became good. Now In my opinion what came next was reach which was an epic failure i thought mainly because bungie was forced to make it by microsoft to get more money of of the franchise that bungie had created. When Bungie bought it self back from microsoft they had to give there baby up halo to microsoft. Personaly I was in favor of this because reach was a fail and i wanted the video game that i played to contiue on until i was old and i could always say that i played it from the begining. Unfortinitly what is killing the game is microsoft. They want a game that is not the intesly competitive game that Halo should be they want a game where there players who do not play as much as people who play alot are still good and sucessful at the game. Another thing that they want is to be profitable and so far it seems that that is all they care about. Lets look at the DLC personaly i bet the crimson map pack was done or having the finishing touches put on it when the game came out on november 6th when the game came out. Why not just released with the game? they just want another 10$ from us. 343/microsoft we see right through this i bet the same for the other 2 map packs that have already been named, i bet they are completly done and they just want us to buy them rather then include them with the game.
Now that i got that rant over with let me contiue on with the point of this post. Why cant both worlds exsist. Have the true halo world in with this with this call of duty like game. So the people who accually play to practice can enjoy the competitive experiance of the game and the people who want to slack of play it with ordnance random weapon spawn and other silly stupid additions that has been added to this great game. This is my challenge to you add a playlist or a group of them that allows me to play the game i loved playing in my youth.
The truth unfortinitly i do think halo is dying, the competive halo that is the Halo that people accually want to play. Unfortinitly in 30 years i dont think there will still be a title coming out called halo because the changes that 343 and microsoft are making to the game and unfortinitly that is sad. However there will be a halo 5 and with that game there is a chance personally I would like to see a beta of the game so that we can accually tell you what is wrong with the game and so you can get the people that accually liked the game.
Am I saying I am done with Halo no I will try the game when the ranking system comes out and unfortinitly the playstyle will be the same so unfortinitly I will not play it for to long before I am done with a game that I usualy play for 3 years before it gets old not 2 months.
