i recently heard the newly released soundtracks of HALO 4 and to be honest. i was really disappointed. it sounded more like generic opera music than action packed video game.
i had expected more from Neil davidge and -Yoink- on my game.

Why is there only a -Yoink- YES IM ON CRACK I’M SO -Yoinking!- HAPPY option and a F U Neil Davidge option? There is such thing as a middle ground…
I don’t know, I miss the old theme. But am willing to give this new stuff a shot in game. The previews/remixes though aren’t doing anything for me. If it’s bad, I’d just turn down music volume and run through prior halos soundtracks instead with my campaign so not too big a deal.
Why is there no “'eh, i don’t really care” option?
Loving it, especially Revival and Ascendancy.
Feel free to create this thread again with less offensive polling options.
It’s ok but it somehow lacks this epic feel I got from the original Halo OST.
I also agree that it sounds a bit generic.
