Ok so I bought the halo 4 war map passes which includes 3 map packs, when I download them and went back to look for them in halo 4 custom games it shows as if I failed to load content and the maps that supposed to be downloaded never shows the pictures.
I tried deleting them from my account and downloading them again but nothing work. Can anyone help me? also it happens the same with forge Island downloadable content as well.
When you downloaded them, did you just download them onto the console, or go to the MP from the H4 main menu and get them there?
If you did not, they do not register.

haha that’s the thing I tried that as well and nothing happens is like I never got them.
i tried doing that xbox live embassador things but they were no help at all lol so i came here
After you bought the map pass did you actually also download each map pack from the in game Marketplace menu? Just downloading the Map Pass doesn’t automatically download the map packs, that has to be done manually.
Try this. Go into your hard drive and delete the map pass. Then clear your system cache and restart your console. Redownload your map pass from the Download History and load up Halo 4. After it installs any updates (since you cleared your system cache) it should say that map pass content is available and ask you to download. This has been the fix for many people and it has worked no problem.
