If you’re able to play the games offline/see them in your storage device, you do have them. The reason you are seeing that messaging and not seeing the maps is that all players need to have the map in order to play it.
I’m having this issue as well. I’ve even talked to Xbox Live support about it with no resolution besides speaking to 343 (which is what I would call this I suppose).
I’m always the only person in the room and I get this message. I’ve completely deleted all my H4 files and system cache, reinstalled updates, War Games, then downloaded all maps, but the message still comes up. And of course the maps never come up in MM. However, I am able to make a custom game and play on the new maps. Is there anything else to try out? Very frustrating…
All of them I believe. It’s definitely not just one. Team Slayer, Doubles, Big Team I know for sure. I think it even gives me that message when I’m focused on the “Find Game” menu (next to “Custom Game”) before going into MM.
That was the last one that I downloaded before I tried. But I’ll go back in and double check just to make sure. Seems really strange that not too many other people have had this issue. Can’t imagine why 0 of these new maps show up.
It looks like the maps have started coming up into rotation even though I still get the message. So I suppose we can just call this resolved. Thanks for trying to help!
