I receive an error message:

status code: 80153003
It occurs when i try to remove a payment option in account management and when i try to confirm the download for my recently purchased Halo 4 season pass map packs from within the Halo 4 marketplace. (The subsequently unlocked packs, not the download of the season pass itself)
Even though i can’t confirm the download for my season pass content, the map packs still download in the active downloads page. However they never finish because a message appears which says: Can’t download X Map Pack or Y Map Pack, the content subsequently displays as incomplete with the yellow exclamation mark in the storage page of the settings.
I have followed all of the tips on the suggested help page on the xbox site but none work. I would appreciate any help with resolving the issue, otherwise i would at least like to be refunded by ms as i can’t access my purchased content, thanks.
