I reached the max rank for Halo 4 multiplayer and I would like to start over from SR1 again. Is there anyway to reset your Spartan besides just using another XBL account?
Unfortunately there is no other method than another account. I’m curious as to why you would want to start all over again?
Honestly? I miss the satisfaction of unlocking new gear and leveling up. Plus I always enjoyed whooping a higher level’s -Yoink- in any game. Most people think low levels are noobs, so I kinda like being a low level at times just so I could knock them down a notch.
Your in game SR rank is not an indication of skill, rather a progression system that simply shows how long you have played the game (just like Halo Reach).
I know that, I’m just saying there are quite a few people that I have met who have thought being a low level means you arent any good. I think its arrogant and stupid so I like to whoop them as a low level. It amuses me to a point.

Well typically a lower leveled player is at such a low level due to a lack of games therefore a lack of experience. At first sight, I wouldn’t say it be stupid to assume the higher leveled players in the lobby are likely better due to the experience. In honesty though, the only people I have come across that actually believe that SR is a show of skill are young kids that finish the match with 2-3 kills in FFA and run around with the Magnum trying to get nothing but ninjas. Can’t say I have yet to meet someone mature online who gives a rats -Yoink- about SR

lol try getting a 50, would be far more satisfying even though it’s still ridiculously easy

Honestly, no.
I thought 50 was pretty easy.

Well, it’s never a good thing to underestimate your opponents, one of the SR-1 could be someone expirienced who just made him/herself an XBL account.
I was just on a couple of nights ago, and an SR-10 was mopping the floor with the rest of us. Very clear he had played a lot before either as a guest or on a different gamertag. It definitely threw me off at first, but not for too long.
He’s leveled up over the last couple of days, but here’s the account

Nothing amazing, but for a group of average players like myself and when he was only an SR-10 it kinda caught me off guard.
Just play as a guest with someone, its just as fun.
